We updated clauses 1.135.3, 5.611.2, and 11.3  from our Communications policy and added new 5.11 and 6.17 clauses.

1.13. The company does not render its services on the territories of, to the citizens of, and/or to residents of the following countries: Canada, USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Sweden, United Kingdom, Andorra, Vatican, Monaco, San Marino, Cyprus, Switzerland, Israel, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Syria, Iran, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Japan, Russia, and Belarus, Moldova in cases where it is against the current legislation of those countries and/or the internal policy of the Company.

5.3. If a specific amount of earnings is indicated in the promotional materials, the maximum allowable value should not exceed the average monthly salary in the locale by more than 3 times or be more than $3,000.

If the promotional materials illustrate the withdrawal of funds, it is acceptable to use specific amounts, but no more than $1,000 in total.

5.6. Any promise of a luxurious rich life as a result of trading is prohibited (for example, an actor in a video talking about making quick money)

Attributes of a luxurious lifestyle include:

  • cars

  • houses, villas, apartments, luxury hotels

  • yachts, boats

  • planes, helicopters

  • expensive accessories (luxury watches, clothing, jewelry)

  • objects of art, interior design

  • trips

  • any attributes of a rich lifestyle worth more than $3,000

5.11. When demonstrating the process of opening trades, the total investment amount must not exceed $1,000 or be less than the minimum deposit amount ($10)


6.17. Malaysia

It is forbidden to represent and/or mention:

6.17.1. We do not show pork and alcohol in advertising;

6.17.2. We do not show people in short pants, shorts, in provocative clothes;

6.17.3. The number 4 in Malaysia is associated with death in some local languages and cultures. Shouldn't be shown in advertisement.
